Rigorous pre-service training incorporating all the high-leverage practical skills that teachers need to survive their rookie year and the years to come;
Weekly opportunities for observation and engagement to practice classroom skills in our Partners' Tuition and School Programs;
Tailored curriculum facilitated by the Imaad Isaacs Foundation and Futures Academy to learn the best teaching techniques for digital, virtual and low-resourced classrooms, professional engagement in the workplace; and the use of evidence-based practices for teaching and learning;
Enrollment in a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) program at an accredited South African University
